Ben was told one problem existed, and a part needed replacing, but when he got there discovered that was not the problem. It was just needing cleaning. So he did that. No parts were used. That is what I would call excellent and honest service Thanks Ben

This company is awesome. I called because the drain for my washer was overflowing, and flooding my laundry room. Ben quoted me a price, and said that he could have someone out to me in an hour if I wanted. I was surprised by how fast they could get someone to me. After they arrived, Josh was very helpful, and also thorough. He made sure the drain was working exactly how I wanted before cleaning and packing up his stuff. Then, to quite a relief, the amount charged turned out to be EXACTLY how much I was quoted by Ben. No extra, last minute items or services not previously calculated or anything. How often does that happen with other home maintenance services?! All in all, very pleased with my experience today. Thank you Professional Plumbing!
